Whether you’re a seasoned player or just lacing up for the first time, the Idaho Falls Adult Hockey Association is your home for adult hockey in Eastern Idaho. We’re more than just a league, we’re a community built on competition, camaraderie, and a love for the game.
What We Offer
- Adult Hockey League: A non-checking league for players 18+, with teams drafted each season to keep play fair and competitive.
- Skills & Drills: Learn-to-play sessions designed for beginners and players looking to sharpen their skating, passing, and shooting.
- Events & Community: From family days to tournaments like the Lehto Cup Championship, we bring people together both on and off the ice.

Hockey Nights in Idaho Falls
The Idaho Falls Adult Hockey Association is home to 156 players across 12 teams this season — and we’d love for you to come be part of the excitement!
